DeltaRelay is intended for users and organizations located in the United States. We collect information needed to provide and operate the service, including name, email address, company or organization details, account details, subscription details, plan settings, alert preferences, routing settings, subscriber notes, and customer communications.

We may also collect usage data, log data, IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, product actions, and security events when you visit or use DeltaRelay.

Monitored regulatory source data is public government or agency data and is not treated as personal data unless it is combined with information that identifies a subscriber or account.

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide regulatory alerts, route notifications, maintain audit and response notes, process subscriptions, provide support, communicate product updates, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve DeltaRelay.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze trends, improve coverage, evaluate product performance, and develop new features.

DeltaRelay may use cookies and similar technologies for preferences, session management, security, analytics, and product performance measurement.

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, customer communications, payment processing, security, and support. These providers process information only as needed to support DeltaRelay and are not authorized to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, professional advisors, law enforcement or regulators when required by law, and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

Within a subscribed organization, account owners and authorized team members may be able to view account settings, alert activity, notes, routing details, and other information connected to that organization.

We retain account, subscription, alert, routing, and response data while an account or subscription is active. If a paid plan expires and is not renewed, we retain plan data for three months after expiration before deletion unless a longer period is required for billing, security, legal, tax, or operational purposes.

We may retain support records, transaction records, security logs, and backup copies for a reasonable period as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for controlling access to devices and systems used to access DeltaRelay.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses of personal information, including sale or sharing where applicable.

DeltaRelay is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
